Blocking unwanted site at OS XP

i write this post couse some time i forgot to reconfigure or setting how to block unwanted site when some people use my internet conection for unnesecery thing or porn site,then my friend also ask me how to do that, thats ways i write this into my blog,truly it's not block the site but only forward the ip to deferent ip regarding to internet conection.
first you go to c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\then open host file using notepad
after it opened the inside note like this:

you are only write (decrease the parameter) the bold note after that save and restart
and if you want to know what site always open you can go to C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\history, but you must open the folder option from tool (explorer) to showed local setting from user then show hiden file must activated.
